Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

EU residents wishing to return an item must contact us within 14 days.

Payment

Please be aware that using echecks through Paypal will delay the shipping of your order by 3-4 business days.

Shipping

Most items will be shipped our in 1-3 business days. 5# Laundry soaps and dryer balls may take up to 5 days. Occasionally an item is out of stock and may delay an order 1-2 days.
